Raquel Pacheco is a registered patent attorney at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner.  Her practice includes patent prosecution (U.S. and foreign), patent validity, infringement and clearance analysis, and due diligence work, generally in the technical areas of software and computer technology. 

Raquel started her legal practice in patent and trademark litigation and then moved to full time patent prosecution work after a few years in litigation.  Previously, Raquel worked as an engineer and project manager in various startup businesses within Hewlett-Packard related to storage technology and consumer electronics.
