Michele joined SLW’s trademark team in 2025 as a Trademark Paralegal, supporting U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including application filings, prosecution, registration maintenance, and enforcement. Her experience also includes trademark oppositions, domain name disputes, Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, and copyright matters.
Prior to joining SLW, Michele gained extensive intellectual property experience in both corporate legal department and law firm settings. She spent much of her career in the intellectual property group of a major media and publishing company, focusing primarily on trademark and copyright matters. Her background also includes trademark portfolio management and legal support for patent litigation.
