Eric Andersland is a contract senior attorney focused on intellectual property procurement, patent review and litigation support in the software, computer, networking, telecommunication and medical device technologies. Before joining the Schwegman firm, he was clerk and associate at a Minneapolis IP boutique from 2007-2011, where he worked on a variety of patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings matters. Previously, Eric spent over six years as an engineer with various high technology companies developing embedded software for telecommunication equipment. Eric received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2008), and his undergraduate degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University (B.S., 1999).
