David D’Zurilla is a registered patent attorney practicing in the electrical, computer and software arts. He received a B.S. in Food Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 1982, a B.S. in Computer Science from Trenton State College in 1985, and a J.D. from American University in 1991. He has six years of industry experience as a software engineer with Electronic Data Systems and U.S. Sprint. He has been in the private practice of intellectual property law for 25 years. He is a member of the Minnesota, Virginia, and District of Columbia bars. He is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Association of Computing Machinery.
