Christopher Brittain is an attorney in the Silicon Valley office of Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. He received his B.S. in Physics from California State University – Fullerton in 2008.  Christopher received his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2012. Mr. Brittain’s past experience includes patent licensing and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes reviews. Christopher’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio development, with an emphasis on electronics and software.
