The EPO Comes to Silicon Valley

The European Patent Office will be joining The Santa Clara High Tech Law Institute and Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner in Silicon Valley on September 19, 2017 for a highly informative program discussing EPO proceedings and subject matter eligibility in comparison to USPTO subject matter requirements, post-Alice.
Dr. John Collins and Alexandra Koseva of Schwegman will discuss oral proceedings at the EPO and the differences and parallels in the CII at the EPO and USPTO, post-Alice.
This complimentary event will take place at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA.
