In this second episode of the SLW Life Sciences Webinar Series, Dr. Steven Reid will discuss, “Patenting Solid Forms of Pharmaceuticals.” This presentation will focus on the role of crystalline and amorphous forms of pharmaceuticals in the life cycle of drugs, placing particular emphasis on patentability challenges and strategies.  In view of the global importance of drug patents, we will touch upon challenges in procuring solid forms patents in representative foreign jurisdictions.
