Warren Woessner, founding shareholder of Schwegman, will be presenting at the meeting on Thursday, October 19 as part of a panel on patent prosecution trends titled “Obvious or Not Obvious: It Depends on Which Side You’re On.” He will be speaking about overcoming rejections based on “hindsight reconstruction.”
